Chapter 62 – A Harpy Girl and Eggs

Author Note: Last time, I wrote that Tiramisu weighed several tons, but I’d like to change it to several hundred kilograms (eventually). (ED: It was already corrected in the previous chapter)

As you wrote in your impressions, a few tons would be a lot for Tiramisu’s foot size.

Also, Tiramisu’s Tyranno form is still juvenile, so it’s unnatural to say that it weighs several tons like an adult. I don’t want her to transform, though.

**************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

The harpies’ nest was in a rocky area with no trees. There were a number of holes in the rocky walls, so I’m guessing that was where they slept.

As far as I could tell by looking at the map, there were more than 50 harpies living in the vicinity. Naturally, there was only one Harpy Queen among them.

In a way, it was pretty obvious, but there didn’t seem to be any other monsters in the vicinity. The harpies were at the top of the mountain’s ecosystem, so there was no reason for other monsters to go near their nest. And since it was a rocky area and there wasn’t much food, there was even less reason to approach it.

We were currently surrounded by 50 harpies in their territory. Well, when people intrude on your home, of course you’re going to surround them.

The appearance of the harpies was that of women with bird’s arms and lower bodies, as was already explained, but there were some additional details. When I said that they had bird’s arms, I meant that their wings grew out of where one’s arms would be. In other words, they had no hands. The lower half of their bodies was also bird-like, starting from just below the navel. And the rest of their bodies looked like human women’s. In short, they were all topless.

“Kyui. Kyuii!”

The one who squealed loudly in front of us was the Harpy Queen, the leader of the group. Compared to other harpies, her feathers were much more luxurious. She also seemed to be wearing some ornaments. Her hair was long and brown, as were the feathers on her wings and the bird-like parts of her lower body.

Incidentally, she looked to be around 20 years old, which was about the same as the Sea Serpent, Maple’s human form. Their styles were also quite similar.

“What are you doing with a human?”

Maple translated the Harpy Queen’s line. I’ve asked Maple to take on the Sea Serpent form.

“GYOU, GYOU.”

“I am now his follower. My master wanted to make the Harpy Queen a follower as well, so I brought him here.”

“Kyu, Kyu-ii!”

“‘Foolish. It’s a disgrace for a monster to submit to a human!’ she said. That’s rude. There are some people who just can’t be reasoned with.”

Is it just me, or is it actually Maple who’s being rude here?

“Kyu. Kyu!”

“‘It’s the least I can do. I’ll bury you myself, human and all!’ she said.”

As she cried out, the surrounding harpies went into a battle stance.

“Squeak!”

“That means ‘attack!’ right?”

“That’s right.”

I’m sure even I could understand this.

Because the surrounding harpies were attacking us.

“As I said before, don’t kill the harpies.”

“Yes♪”

“Yes!”

“Got it.”

“GYOU.”

“Squeal. Kyu!”

In response to my line, the Harpy Queen squealed even louder.

“‘Don’t talk nonsense to me. I’m going to make you regret getting carried away like that, human!’ she said”

“It’s not that I’m mocking you, it’s just that there’s actually that much of a difference…”

This was the status of the Harpy Queen.

Name: –
LV82
Gender: Female
Age: 461 years old
Race: Harpy Queen (Rare)
Skills: <Wind Magic LV6> <Leadership LV5> <Body Reinforcement LV6> <Flight LV8> <Enemy Detection LV6> <Transformation LV7>
Note: Queen of the harpy species.

By the way, here’s a harpy’s status.

Harpy
LV30
Skills: <Wind Magic LV3> <Body ReinforcementLV4> <Flight LV4> <Enemy Detection LV4>
Note: A female bird-type monster.

Honestly, they’re no match. I even used my ‘Mercy’ skill to make sure I wouldn’t kill them by accident.

The Harpy Queen was coming straight at me. The fact that she had her legs stretched out in front of her meant she was probably trying to grab me with her talons and tear me apart.

“Kyui! Kyu!”

“‘Die! Human!’ she said”

Maple, who was already locked in a battle with a harpy, took the trouble to translate for me.

As we were talking, the Harpy Quuen swung down towards me, pointing her talons my way.

I took the chance to grab her by the legs .

“Kyui! Kyuui!”

“‘What are you doing! Let go of me!’ she said.”

I slamed the Harpy Queen, who was struggling to stay in the air, directly into the ground.

“Kyuui!”

“‘Let go!’ she said.”

I let go, as I was told.

“Kyuuo!”

“‘Damn you, human!’ she said”.

“Don’t translate pointless lines.”

“Understood.”

I told Maple, who was strangling a harpy to knock her out, to refrain from translating everything. I don’t really want to listed to all her insults.

“Kyu. Kyu!”

“‘I’ll never forgive you. Die to my magic!’ she said.”

“Okay.”

The Harpy Queen got up from the ground and flew away to gain some distance. In front of her, a green magic circle appeared. It’s wind magic.

Exactly 15 seconds later, ‘Wind Slash’, a level 4 wind magic spell, was activated. It’s what’s known as ‘kamaitachi’ (ED: Wind Sickle). It’s a suitable magic for a harpy. I used my ‘No Chant’ skill to respond with a ‘Wind Slash’ of my own.

“Kyuu?”

The Harpy Queen let out a cry of astonishment.

I fired a few more shots of the same “Wind Slash” making sure I don’t actually hit.

“Kyu! Kyuuo! Kyuu!”

The power of the shots was suppressed to the point that they weren’t fatal even if they were to hit, but the Harpy Queen seemed to have judged them to be quite a threat and was frantically dodging left and right.

“Here, here.”

I fired a few more shots. The Harpy Queen was still struggling to avoid them.

“Kyu-kyu! Kyu-kyu!”

“‘Are you still going? Stop that!” she said.”

“Oh, did you have enough?”

I said and stopped casting spells.

“Kyu. Kyu. Kyuuo!”

“‘*heavy breathing* If that’s the case, I’ll keep casting magic from the sky where your attacks can’t reach.’ she said”

The Harpy Queen flew up in the sky. As expected, it would be troublesome if she did that, so I used the ‘Flight’ skill of ‘Immortal Wings – Nosferatu’ to fly up and chase after her.

“Kyuuo!”

“‘Impossible!’ she said. Oh, she didn’t expect that…”

I guess she couldn’t believe that a human could fly. The Harpy Queen looked astonished. She seemed to have decided that it was dangerous to even approach me.

However, the Harpy Queen’s flying skill was only level 8, while mine was 10. Although there was a difference in experience, the difference in skill level was huge, and I seemed to have the upper hand in terms of top speed.

“Kyu!”

I grabbed one of the legs of the Harpy Queen who was trying to escape. As expected, she couldn’t keep her balance and went upside down.

“Kyuuo!”

Maple stayed on the ground, so I couldn’t get a translation, but I guessed she was saying “Let go of me!”, as evidenced by the fact she was now attacking me with her other leg and wings. Of course, I took no damage.

I hit the Harpy Queen with a round of my ‘Monster Taming’ skill.

“Kyuu?”

It didn’t look like she’d let me tame her without a fight.

“Kyu-kyu…”

The Harpy Queen glared at me, determined not to be defeated. The next moment she hunched over and started flailing.

I took out my ‘Soul Blade – Incomplete’, and swung it at the Harpy Queen’s head.

“Squeak!?!”

I ignore the screaming Harpy Queen and stopped the blade just short of hitting her.

-“Jeez, Jeez, Jeez, Jeez.”

The Harpy Queen seemed to have leaked a bit. She was upside down, so her face and other parts of her body were now soaking wet.

“Kyu ……”

She didn’t faint, but she went limp and had lost all her will to resist.

>You tamed the Harpy Queen.

>Please give the Harpy Queen a name.

I was able to tame her safely. Good, good.

If I let go of her, she would fall to her death even if she was a bird monster.

I was going to carry her on my back because I felt sorry for her, hanging in the air like that, but I didn’t want to do that in her current state, so I first cast the ‘Clean’ skill on her a couple of times.

I tried to carry her on my back next, but she didn’t seem to have the strength to hold on. I had no choice but to carry her in my arms in a princess carry instead. Well, she’s a queen…

“Kyu, Kyu…”

I’m not sure why the Harpy Queen’s eyes were moist as she looked up at me.

A: “The Harpy Queen can mate with other species, but one of the conditions is that they must be stronger than her. If the harpy queen accepts you as her new master, it means that you have met that condition.”

“Hmm? Did you say something?”

A: “No. I didn’t say anything.”

With the Harpy Queen in my arms, I flew back to Ende Mountain. There, I found the fallen harpies and four others, Dora, Maria, Tiramisu, and Maple, completely unharmed. No surprise there.

“Kyu…”

“It’s okay. No one died.”

I looked at the map and didn’t see a single dead harpy.

“Kyu.”

The moisture in the Harpy Queen’s eyes increased.

Once we got down to the ground, Maria and the others greeted us. The Harpy Queen looked a little disappointed when I put her down.

“Welcome back, Jin-sama. I’m glad to see you made it back safely.”

“Welcome back☆”

“Welcome back!”

“GYAOO, GYOU, GYO, GYOA?”

“Thanks you for your hard work master. How about it, Harpy Queen? Don’t you want to follow my master after all?”

“Kyu. Kyu.”

“Yes, I realized the difference in power. Sea Serpent, your decision to submit to this person was indeed correct. Well, it’s only natural.”

Since it has been decided that she would become my subordinate, it was now time for the usual explanation phase. The first step was for Alta and Maple to explain everything to the Harpy Queen. Maple, who had just become a subordinate, also had to take a similar lecture.

After that, I told the other harpies, who were gradually starting to regain consciousness, that the Harpy Queen had lost and that she had become a follower of mine. They didn’t really show much of a reaction when they heard it though. They were more like, “What should we do now?”. Maple was the one who explained it to them.

As a result of a further discussion, the harpies seemed to have decided that I, the master of the Harpy Queen, was the new leader of the group, and they became very fond of me. They seemed to be willing to follow the Harpy Queen, and they readily accepted to be my followers as well.

All in all, I tamed 57 harpies, but I gave up on naming them all since I couldn’t come up with enough ideas for names.

“I guess it can’t be helped, though I would still like you to at least give a name to this mistress. If the leader of the pack is ‘nameless’, then the others won’t be able to follow suit.”

“You can use the name you had originally.”

“Don’t say that, can’t you please give me a new name?”

“I would also ask of you. I can’t stand to see my old acquaintance remain ‘nameless’.”

I guess I don’t really have a choice if they both ask me like that.

Well, let’s see.

>Name her “Hapiko”

>Name her “Himeko”

>Name her “Hibari”

>Name her “Yukari”

She’s not a princess (ED: Himeko), she’s a queen. She’s not a lark (ED: Hibari), she’s a harpy.

Ok, one more time.

>Name her “Soufflé”

>Name her “Whip”

>Name her “Chocolate”

>Name her “Yukari”

Yep, that’s a good match for Tiramisu and Maple. She has brown hair and feathers, so let’s call her Chocolate. Easy.

“Your name is Chocolate.”

“Okay. This mistress’s new name is Chocolate.”

“As expected, she was named after another sweet.”

“Is it a name of a sweet? I’m not sure if it’s good, but I’d like to try it sometime… I can’t enter the city in this form, though.”

“Come to think of it, Chocolate can also else ‘Transformation’, right?”

“Oh, that’s right.”

When she said that, Chocolate was enveloped in the usual light. Without much surprise, what appeared next was Chocolate with her arms and lower body transformed into a human being. Same as the other girls.

“Hmm, it’s been a while since I took this form.”

“I also said the same thing.”

Next to her, Maple had also returned to her human form before I knew it. The look of the two naked sister-like beauties (right after transforming) was quite spectacular indeed.

“Jin-sama.”

“Yep.”

I threw the clothes that Maria handed me to the two of them. I’m sure you’re not the only one who has a problem with this.

“What should we do with all these harpies? There are too many after all.”

“You can’t feed them? If that’s the case, why don’t we leave them here?”

“What?”

The harpies were abuzz. It looked like they though they were going to be abandoned here.

“Well, I don’t know. It’s not a problem to just feed them, but the question is what to make them do.”

It would be wrong to just feed them without letting them do anything, but it would also be wrong to treat them as followers.

A: “If you give them the ‘Transformation’ skill, they can take human form.”

“Hmm, if they can take human form, can’t we just make them into maids as usual?”

“That’s also fine, Jin-sama, but there are actually tasks that only harpies can perform.”

Maria raised her hand and spoke up.

“Like what?”

“Yes. Harpy eggs are very tasty and very valuable. If we could get them to lay eggs and sell them, we could make a fortune.”

“You want us to become your livestock? I don’t care if we’ve become your followers, that’s not fair!”

Chocolate was indignant. However, the harpies in question were like…

“It’s fine. If it’s just some eggs, we’ll give them to you.”

“If we go with master, we’ll be much safer than here, right?”

“Yes. Besides, I heard that human food is delicious, so I’m looking forward to it.”

“I don’t find our own eggs very tasty. Strangely enough.”

“That’s why we sometimes go to the forest to throw them away.”

“And then hunt the monsters that gather there.”

“If I can stay with master, it’s a small price to pay.”

“Yeah. you can take as many as you want.”

They all seemed quite enthusiastic about it. By the way, since I was now the master of their queen, the harpies also started calling me that way. (ED: They actually called him ‘Great King’, but it got lost in translation, so I’ll stick with ‘master’.)

“You guys…”

Chocolate drooped her shoulders.

“If master were to sell them all at once, it would cause a big uproar, since everyone would want to know where we got them from, so I think it might be better to distribute them a couple at a time through the Advance Chamber of Commerce.”

“Then we can eat the rest ☆ Yay ♪”

“Hooray!”

“I can’t lay eggs yet, you know. Please don’t overdo it!”

Now that that’s been settled, we decided to return. Naturally, it was through a portal.

“I’m home.”

“We’re home!”

“We’re back.”

I used ‘portal’ to transfer to the entrance of the Kastal’s mansion and opened the door. It seemed that everyone else had already returned.

“Welcome back, master… so many!”

“That’s a lot of… people?”

“As usual, Master doesn’t know his own strength…”

Mio, Sakura and Sera were surprised to see a bunch of harpies following me.

“Ah! Wasn’t it about time for the dinosaur egg to hatch?”

“But there are no dinosaurs here.”

“Here’s the dinosaur.”

“Tyrannosaurus Tira-chan!”

Saying that, I pushed Tiramisu to the front, and she made another cute pose while saying her line.

“Oh, when you look at her status, she really is a Tyrannosaurus!”

“Is that the ‘Transformation’ skill’s effect?”

“That’s right. The newcomers are all monsters in their human forms. The Tyrannosaurus Tiramisu, the Sea Serpent Maple, and Chocolate, the Harpy Queen. The harpies in the back don’t have names, but they are also my subordinates.”

“Hello♪”

“Nice to meet you.”

“Nice to meet you.”

As each of them gave their greetings, Mio nodded her head.

“Master, do you have a sweet tooth?”

“No, not really.”

They were all named after sweets, so it wasn’t surprising she would think that way.

Mio’s chocolate cake was also delicious by the way.

“Then, did you want to make a harem of monster girls, instead of human ones?”

“No, it’s not like that.”

I had no intention of forcing myself on my subordinates. Plus, taming was just a hobby.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I didn’t want to keep everyone standing in the doorway, so I decided to explain everything while eating dinner.
“Jin-kun, didn’t you say you were going to take it easy?”
This was the first thing Sakura said after hearing me out.
“No, I took my time fishing in the morning, and then I went for a relaxing walk before noon, so I didn’t really do anything…”
“So, you caught the Sea Serpent while fishing, then a little girl came out of the dinosaur egg, and then the Sea Serpent led you to a Harpy Queen… as expected, Master is pretty dense.”
Mio summarized it briefly, but it’s true that it was hard to believe so much could happen in half a day.
“And in addition to the Harpy Queen, there are over fifty regular harpies, which are also said to be pretty strong. Well, I’m not really surprised since it’s Master…”
“Hmm? Are the harpies considered to be strong monsters?”
“Yes, they are classified as A-rank monsters, and when attacked by a group in the mountains, even A-ranked adventurers are usually wiped out.”
When I asked, Maria was quick to explain.
“Are they really that strong?”
“Master, that’s rude!”
Chocolate refuted me, but it didn’t have the desired effect, as her mouth was all covered in bits of food.
We served the newcomers some of our mansion’s food, and they fell for it in the blink of an eye.
Although both Maple and Chocolate could take human form, they had never eaten in that form and didn’t know how to use forks and knives. As such, they just used their hands, making their faces all messy.
Tiramisu knew how to use cutlery, thanks to her previous life’s knowledge, but she was too heavy to sit on a chair, so she had to sit on the floor and eat her food at a small table. It looked like she was playing house.
As a side note, she forgot about her weight again and sat in a chair at first, so when it broke into pieces, she got gloomy all over again.
I think I’ll make her a sturdy chair made of mithril next time. Oh, and she’s been banned from going upstairs.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The next day’s breakfast was Japanese style: freshly cooked rice, hot miso soup and freshly laid eggs. (ED: Miso is a paste made from fermented soy beans.)

The rice came from our usual source in Kastal, and the maids had somehow secured a route to buy miso paste. Knowing about my tastes, they probably did everything within their power to find it. The Advanced Chamber of Commerce had its benefits…

ED Reminder: Jin and Maria once stopped a monster flood to save a small village in the Kastal Kingdom, because it grew rice that they’ve been looking for…

When I heard that the maids, being uncompromising believers, had started growing their own rice and soy beans for miso, it got me slightly worried about their futures.

ED Reminder: At one point Maria started a ‘cult of Jin’ and had already turned a large group of his subordinates. Jin just left it to Alta to manage…

I am a person who likes to pour a raw egg onto my hot rice, so I noticed when I tried to break its shell on the edge of a small plate.

“What’s wrong with my egg?”

Compared to the eggs placed in front of Sakura and Mio sitting beside me, the egg in my hand was clearly bigger. No, Sakura and Mio’s eggs were already pretty big for regular chicken eggs, but mine was about two sizes bigger.

The maids tend to prioritize my wishes, so if I asked for it, they would have prepared the biggest egg possible for me. But if I didn’t want one, or if I didn’t say anything, I would usually be treated the same as Sakura or Mio, so it was rare to see such a clear favouritism.

“Oh, that’s pretty rare”

“What do you mean?

“Ours are regular harpy eggs, but Master has one of Chocolate’s, a harpy queen egg.”

“What?”

I was speechless at Mio’s explanation.

I instinctively looked at Chocolate, who was sitting nearby. Did she lay an egg the very next day after raising all that fuss about not wanting to be treated like livestock?

“I thought you said you didn’t want to be treated like livestock.”

“Oh, I’m still firmly against it. I can’t stand the idea of selling my eggs to strangers, but I don’t mind if they are offered to my master. In other words, I don’t mind if it’s Master who eats them.”

“Ehh? So only Master gets to eat one.”

I see, from the Harpy Queen’s point of view, I guess that was OK. As for the other harpies, they didn’t seem to care about their eggs, so we could just sell those instead.

“By the way, how much is a harpy queen egg worth?”

“What?!? You’re not going to sell it, are you? Stop it! It’s only for Master!”

Chocolate suddenly got all flustered.

“Oh course, I’ll eat it. Don’t worry, I won’t sell it.

“Yes, that’s good…”

Chocolate looked relieved.

I’m not a person who would sell something that was made especially for them to eat.

Still, I couldn’t help but worry about the price of what I eat from now on.

“There is no market price, you know.”

Maria was the one to answer my question.

“What do you mean?”

“Yes, first of all, the market price of a harpy egg is 100,000 gold.”

“So expensive… !”

“That’s more than us.”

ED Reminder: Mio, who’s a reincarnated person, was bought by Jin as a slave (like Maria, Sera and many others), so she and Jin have this running joke about comparing the value of things to how much he paid for her, which wasn’t much really, her being a criminal slave and all (she made mayonnaise which turned out to be poisonous in this world, I guess it was too OP and had to be nerfed 🙂

That’s not a price you would pay for an egg!

As Mio said, you could buy several slaves with that…

“Prices of delicious foods vary way more than their tastes.”

I got what she was pointing at.

For example, it would be difficult to say whether a 5,000 yen dish was ten times as good as a beef bowl or a fast food dish that costs around 500 yen. (ED: 500 yen is about $5)

The difference in price didn’t only reflect the difference in taste.

Especially in this world, the food situation wasn’t as stable as it was in my previous world, so the difference was even more pronounced.

“In addition, the scarcity value is very high because the ways to obtain them are limited.” (ED: Scarcity value is the added value of something being very rare or hard to obtain/grow/farm.)

With harpies being very strong monsters, getting their eggs was really difficult, which in turn increased their price.

“And there is no one who has ever obtained a harpy queen egg. Therefore, there is currently no market price for it. Considering that the Harpy Queen is rarer than the Harpy, the price would probably be ten times more.”

“Wouldn’t that make me the first person in this world to eat a harpy queen egg?”

“That should be the case.”

“R-right…”

If you think about it that way, it wouldn’t be so strange for this one egg to have such value.

“I don’t care about that, just eat it. I’m too embarrassed to have people stare at my eggs.”

Chocolate said, blushing a little. Was that really something to feel ashamed about…

“Is that so?”

“Yes it is!”

It couldn’t be helped if you said so. Time to eat some eggs.

This time, I cracked the egg by lightly tapping it against the edge of the small plate. Pulling the egg shells apart, I poured both the while and the yolk onto the small plate, before stirring it with chopsticks in a circular motion. Usually, I would add some soy sauce (obtained by the Advanced Chamber of Commerce), but I didn’t this time, because I wanted to enjoy the taste of the egg.

After making a small hole in the centre of the rice with chopsticks, I poured the egg mixture inside, letting it spill out out and coat the hot rice.

“Itadakimasu.” (ED: If you still don’t know that one, it’s a Japanese version of Bon appétit!)

I took a bite of the egg-coated rice.

“…it’s delicious.”

The estimated price of over one million gold was not an exaggeration.

I don’t know if it’s an appropriate adjective for an egg, but in a word, it was thick. It had a strong enough flavour without any seasoning, and that flavour was further enhanced by the rice.

It was so good, it even rivalled the omelette rice made by Mio, whose “Cooking” skill was already level 6. (ED: Omelette rice is a dish where you enclose the rice inside an omelette to trap all the fragrance inside. You usually see it in those maid café scenes, where they draw cute things on top of it with ketchup.)

I took a couple more bites.

“Jin-kun, I have a favour to ask you…”

“What is it?”

After the fourth bite, Sakura said with an unprecedentedly serious expression on her face.

“Please give me a bite…”

“Oh, me too!”

“I also want some!”

“Dora too!”

Everyone except Maria asked for some harpy queen egg rice.

I looked towards the harpy queen.

“I don’t mind if Master is the first one to try it.”

“I see. Thank you.

“…”

When I thanked her, Chocolate turned her blushing face away.

“It looks like there’s no problem, so have some in turn”

“Aah!”

Mio came up to me first.

“In the order you asked for some, Sakura, say ‘aah’”.

“Ah, aah…”

I fed Sakura, who opened her mouth, some egg rice.

“Oh, it’s delicious… It’s better than any egg I’ve had so far…”

“A shame…”

Mio was sulking.

“The next one is Mio, here.”

I picked up some rice with my chopsticks and brought it to Mio’s mouth. She gobbled it up without hesitation.

“Mmm! It’s so good. I call a foul against all the other eggs. (ED: A soccer metaphor, something that’s not allowed, against the rules.)

I then fed some to Sera and Dora.

“It’s delicious! Harpy eggs were very good, but to go even further than, that is amazing!”

“It’s delicious!”

Now, I’ve already portioned out most of it, so I guess I’ll eat some as well, …was what I was thinking about when Maria came up to me.

“Jin-sama, I’m sorry to bother you now, but…”

“Would you like to try some too?”

“…Yes.”

I let Maria have a bite. She looked very happy.

“It’s delicious. And to be able to eat some of Jin-sama’s food…”

She was completely out of it. Her eyes went out of focus as she sat there. I tried to wave my hand in front of her face, but got no reaction.

“Right, let’s just keep eating…”

“Can we really just leave her like that?”

I wanted to eat my rice while it was still warm, so I let her be.

If she’s still like that after we finish eating, I’ll just rub her cat ears to make her snap out of it.

**************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Maple is the older sister (first time I’ve heard of her), and Chocolate is the cute sister (provisional).

These three, including Tiramisu, were the companions for this chapter.

In addition, it seems to be the first anniversary since I started posting. I’m not going to make any special requests for feedback this time (mysterious difference from episode 100). I would have forgotten about it if you hadn’t told me…

ED: There’s been a bunch of side chapters, so we’re already past the 100th chapters.

I’d like to thank you all for your continued support.
