Notes: Dragon Newts\u2019 Hidden Area\u2019s Chief Warrior. Despite being relatively young, she was supposed to be a cool beauty with a very high fighting ability, but when Jin started taming people with meat skewers, she gave in to her gluttony and was among the first few who agreed to be tamed (according to one theory, she even volunteered). She agreed to be tamed despite not knowing Jin too well, and later came to be pretty terrified of him, but eventually she realised that good food is justice. (ED: ‘Crescent Moon’ is actually ‘Mikadzuki’, but the sound for ‘dzu’ doesn’t exist in English)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: A former Chieftain Candidate, who self-destructed in front of Jin, and was revealed to be the perpetrator of Dora’s exile. She was about to be put to death for her crimes, but when Jin, who took interest in her, invited her to become his monster follower, as a way to help her out, she fell for it in mere seconds. Now loyal and obedient, she lives her second life as Jin\u2019s personal mount. Her original name was Tenri, but she threw it away when she was tamed. Now she views Nosferatu [Wings of The Immortal] as her main rival, instead of Dora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: A Chieftain Candidate who fell for Jin’s skewered meat-taming scheme. She’s a good-natured, big-breasted girl, but isn’t too bright. The reason for this might be because the branch family she’s a member of intended to make her into a figurehead chieftain from the very start, and so, they made sure not to educate her too much. Plus, she was the third candidate, so she was most likely treated as a backup anyway. Still, there\u2019s also demand for more simple-minded characters, so she likely won\u2019t be re-educated too much under Jin. Just think of her as a beautiful woman with an impressive chest. On a side note, she actually first appeared in chapter 78, with the line \u201cMe toooo, please!\u201d (ED: I corrected it to reflect her speaking style)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: The strongest of all the dragons in Dragon Forest. Used to be called a \u2018final trial\u2019 (past tense) because no human could ever beat her. After dying to Jin, she was resurrected as a pseudo-personality thanks to one of his special powers. She also gained a physical body, albeit a temporary one. She\u2019s treated as a familiar by Jin, which she doesn’t mind, but wishes to remain manifested at all times if possible. Her telepathy lines\u2019 designation is \u2018L:\u2019 and she thinks it\u2019s a really good choice (a bit of self-praise on author\u2019s part).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Titles: Jin’s Slave
Notes: 10 girls who became Jin’s slaves in Uni Village (Jin\u2019s name for it). They were all attracted to Jin, who had both money, power, and generosity (they misunderstood about the generosity part), and became slaves because they wanted to be by his side and serve him in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: Jin has tamed several warriors that fought against the Abyssal Dragon, including the gatekeepers of the later destroyed Dragon’s Gate. I won’t say when exactly they were tamed though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: 94 Dragon Newts who were lured by Mio’s cooking and accepted to be tamed by Jin. Almost all of them accepted the taming with little understanding of the coercive power of it. After living all their lives in the Hidden Area, they are completely oblivious to the outside world\u2019s common sense. After basic training, the females will become apprentice maids, while the males will help with the farming for the time being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: Residents of a village that was on the verge of annihilation due to poverty, and the actions of Sano and his bandits. For some reason, the local climate makes it easy for unique skills to manifest. Jin left them enough food to go by before leaving, and the village was later reconstructed with the help of the Chamber of Advanced Commerce\u2019s caravans that came by from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Titles: Summoned Person, Hero from Another World, Murderer
Notes: #1 scum of this arc. It is already strange that he wasn\u2019t caught back in Japan, but his parents were influential people, so it may have had something to do with it. As such, he was blessed in more ways than one by being summoned to another world. From the start, he only targeted people who were in a lower position than him, so the \u2018Closed Circle [Alienation Area]\u2019 blessing was a perfect fit for him. He also killed three other Heroes. In the end, he was killed by Jin off screen, following a completely one-sided battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: Members of a band of thieves founded by Sano. There were more of them before, but when they faced Jin’s group, they were down to 20 people, the rest of them killed by Sano along the way. Sano reigned with terror, so, knowing that opposing him will only lead to their deaths, they all chose to obey him instead. …Not that they were good people to begin with, mind you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Race: Dragon Newt (Dragon of Origin)
Titles: Dragon Newts\u2019 Emperor
Notes: An old man who\u2019s the chieftain of the Dragon Newts\u2019 Hidden Area, as well the Emperor of all Dragon Newts. He is also Dora’s (Shirayuki\u2019s) grandfather. In short, he prioritized the rules of the Hidden Area, and didn’t go looking outside when Dora went missing. Although he is very strong, he doesn\u2019t participate in battles due to his position as the chieftain. Since the events of Part 5, he\u2019s been doing his best to get rid of all the corruption in the Hidden Area, as if to make up for all of his previous neglect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Race: Dragon Newt (Golden Dragon)
Notes: #2 scum of this arc. Used to be Dora\u2019s (Shirayuki\u2019s) fianc\u00e9e, as well as one the chieftain’s aides. He\u2019s relatively strong, and is a handsome man with a lineage of what could be described as being from a branch of the imperial family. Being spoiled by the head of his branch family, he is selfish and doesn’t listen to others. Jin usually referred to him as \u2018damn maggot\u2019. He destroyed one of the Dragon’s Gates and drove the Dragon Newts\u2019 Hidden Area to the brink of collapse. In the end, he was killed by Jin for being an eyesore when the dragon horde attacked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: #3 scum of this arc. An old woman who is the head of the branch family to which Akatsuki and Leaf (Hisui) belong. She doted excessively on Akatsuki, who was of the same race as her (ED: As in: Golden Dragon)<\/em>, which caused him to have a rotten personality. Despite Leaf being quite strong in her own right, she chose to make her a puppet, while making Akatsuki a fianc\u00e9e to Dora. Even when all of Akatsuki\u2019s misdeeds came to light, she still acted like an annoying old woman, and tried to protect him. In the end, she left the Hidden Area along with other members of her branch family, and there hasn’t been any news of them since (hint: Maria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
